Experience Terms & Conditions

You must be ready for pick-up at the agreed point of departure at the nominated time.  The CHIC team will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes before cancelling the experience.


CHIC in the City and/or any associated companies disclaims to the extent permitted by law all legal liability whatsoever for any personal injury or sickness you sustain or loss of or damage to your property or delay in the conduct of the experience arising during the experience.   To the extent permitted by law you bear all risk in participating in the experience. 

Prices and method of payment

Rates are in Australian dollars.   A processing fee applies to all credit card transactions:  MasterCard / Visa 3%.

Your credit card details will be required to secure your reservation at time of booking.

Cancellation and refund policy

The following fees apply if you cancel your booking:

Within 72 hours of the scheduled start of the experience you will be charged the full cost of the experience.

If you fail to take up or complete a experience you will be charged the full cost of the experience.

If CHIC in the City is forced to cancel a booked experience, you will be advised as soon as possible and will be fully refunded. 


Your privacy is important to us and information supplied will be protected.  All information is kept securely and is not sold, shared, divulged in anyway to a third party.
